At the end of the year 2020, Cofisem joined the association XBRL France.
This association is itself a member of XBRL Europe, itself a member of Xbrl International. Like its sister associations around the world, its objective is to promote the use of the XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) standard for financial reporting.
Through this membership, Cofisem participates to the work of the association in its capacity as a provider of fundamental data in order to improve and complete its own processes for integrating data into its database in a quasi-automatic way.
The productivity gains achieved will allow to allocate an increased part of the teams’ time to data quality control, to enlarge the universe of companies covered and to reduce the time of distribution to Cofisem’s customers of the new data thus recovered thanks to XBRL.
